We are blessed to live in Indian Mountain with breathtaking views that lift the heart and cleanse the soul. However, as you probably have noticed, our views are sometimes blocked with inappropriate fencing. Our Indian Mountain covenants prohibit fences, walls or similar barriers of any kind to be constructed, erected or maintained on any lot, except when approved as an integral or decorative part of a building or for the control of livestock. Our covenants have been interpreted to allow small fenced areas to protect our pets and buck fences where needed to inhibit illegal trespass with unlicensed motorized vehicles. Please respect our community and you neighbors by keeping Indian Mountain views and wildlife corridors unobstructed.
