Burn Pit is Closed

As of 6/27/2018 the Burn Pit is CLOSED until we can burn off some of the slash stacks.  Please check the IMMD website for updates.
RV's and Campers

Please see this IMPOA update as a reminder regarding the use of RV's and Campers in Indian Mountain.  This update is in compliance with Park County Land Use Regulations.
Park County Land Use Regulation Update

Park County adopted new Land Use Regulations related to camping and the use of shipping containers on residential lots.  These regulations became effective on May 26, 2016. The LUR Page contains links to view an exhibit with the major changes, or the LUR articles in their entirety.
Be Aware of Burn Bans!

Burn Bans can go into effect any time. Jefferson-Como Fire Protection District (JCFPD) posts alerts to help you to stay up to date.

Annual IM Craft Fair
Oct 27th, 10:00am to 4:00pm at Community Center, 31 Keneu Ct.
Fourth Annual Chili Cook-off
Nov 10th, 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Community Center, 31 Keneu Ct.
The 4th Annual Indian Mountain Chili Cook-off will be held on Saturday, November 10 from 4 to 6pm at the Community Center. Come taste and judge up to 12 delicious homemade chili recipes.
 
IM residents who want to "cook" and share their chili recipes should get in line soon. If you are interested in this fun and friendly competition, please contact Bev Bushaw at 719-836-0235 or bmbushaw@gmail.com to reserve your place.
 
Whether you want to be a competitor or not, mark your calendars to join us to taste, judge, and enjoy this special dining experience. Voting and eating entrance fee is $3 per person over 12 (children under 12 are free). There is no fee charged for competitors.
