This facility is under the jurisdiction of the Indian Mountain Recreation and Park District and is now available for overnight rentals. The building was used for Rec Board meetings but has been replaced by the new Community Center.

Other facilities on these grounds such as Frisbee Golf, the children's playground, comfort station, picnic pavilion, and hiking trails are open for use by Indian Mountain Property Owners.
